Focus And Scope

Focus:
JPMA focuses on the advancement of instructional methodologies in mathematics and the rigorous development of algorithms. We aim to publish manuscripts that contribute to the improvement of mathematics teaching quality as well as the optimization of computational processes, both in educational contexts and practical applications.

Scope:
We invite researchers, mathematicians, and computer scientists to submit original manuscripts within the following areas:
1. Mathematics Education & Pedagogy:
- Instructional Innovation: Development of innovative teaching models, media, and strategies in mathematics.
- Curriculum & Assessment: Analysis of mathematics curricula, evaluation methods, and competency standards at all educational levels.
- Cognitive Studies: Research on mathematical thinking processes, learning difficulties, ethnomathematics, and mathematical literacy.
- Technology in Math Ed: The use of software (e.g., GeoGebra, Maple) and digital platforms in enhancing mathematics learning.
2. Algorithmic Science & Computational Thinking:

- Algorithm Design & Analysis: Research on the efficiency, complexity, and optimization of algorithms.
- Computational Logic: Implementation of algorithmic thinking in solving complex mathematical and real-world problems.
